CHEM 103 - General Chemistry

Instructional Method: Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory.
Prerequisites: CHEM 101.
Introduction to principles and applications of chemistry. Divided equally between inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry.

Note(s): Credit towards a Chemistry major will not be given for CHEM 103. Students whose major requires upper-level chemistry courses must take CHEM 101:CHEM 102. A student may receive a maximum of 8 hours credit for General Chemistry. Designed primarily for non science majors.
