Art Major

B.A. Degree

Students desiring a concentration in art history and museum studies have the option of getting a B.A. degree in art with the art history concentration. This program is especially ideal for students who are interested in art, art history, and other disciplines such as history, anthropology, and literature. An interdisciplinary field, the concentration in art history prepares students for graduate work in the humanities, in museum studies, art therapy and curatorial studies. A capstone project in the student’s area of art historical interest completes the program.
