Credits: (1-3) Instructional Method: One to three hours. Prerequisites: Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Students will study the implications of selected current health problems as applied to health education/health promotion. Topics may include but are not limited to Health Counseling, Consumer Health, Worksite Health, Addiction and Public Health. Depending upon the topic, this course may be used to meet requirements for the minor in Women’s Studies.
