ESHE 301 - Theory and Practice of Fitness/Wellness Credits: (2) Instructional Method: One hour lecture; two hours laboratory. Prerequisites: HLTH 200 and ESHE 294 . Provides students with a comprehensive study of principles and methods of teaching basic skills as applied to aerobic conditioning, anaerobic conditioning activities, and lifetime wellness activities. Students will become familiar with methods used for the assessment of the components of fitness. Contains both physical activity and simulated/clinical practice-teaching requirements.
