ESHE 315 - Physical Activity and Aging Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: BIOL 105 and Junior standing; minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Provides the student the opportunity to study the many individual facets of exercise, fitness and the aging process. Given the rapid increase in the number of elderly persons in our society, the student of the 21st century should be able to relate to and understand the many factors that affect the elderly from the health and fitness point of view.
