Instructional Method: Three hours lecture.
Prerequisites: PHYS 222  and MATH 152 .
Study of electric and magnetic fields in free space and in materials, interactions of fields and charges, electromagnetic forces, Gauss’ and Faraday’s Law and the Maxwell Equations.
