PHYA 604 - Clinical Anatomy II

Instructional Method: One hour lecture; one hour laboratory.
Prerequisites: PHYA 603 .
The second in a two-course sequence devoted to the study of clinical anatomy. Emphasis will be given to the clinical significance of anatomical features, and their interrelationships. This course will follow an organ system approach in order to facilitate concordance with core clinical courses (Clinical Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology). Lectures will provide a synopsis for the laboratory component, which will include detailed observation of human cadaver prosections, performance of dissections, and study of various anatomical models.
