FOSC 320 - Introduction to Courts and Criminal Law

Instructional Method: Three hours lecture.
Familiarizes the student with the functions, structure, and organization of the agencies that are responsible for the administration of justice. Specifically, the course introduces students to the institutions and processes of law making with emphasis on criminal law and procedures, constitutional guarantees, the judicial system, and the process of enforcing laws.
