AHPT 868 - Research/ Scientific Inquiry II

Prerequisites: Successful completion of all prior coursework or with permission from the department.
The course addresses research designs and statistic analyses used in physical therapy and rehabilitation research. Students will learn to conduct, interpret, and analyze descriptive and inferential statistics, including group comparisons and regression, for ordinal data or in literature. Students will also be introduced to the importance of the use of evidence-based practice in the practice of physical therapy.
