COMS 173 - Introduction to Advertising and IMC Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. Provides a foundation for advertising, its history, development, problems and challenges. Includes an overview of advertising, its creativity, composition, decision-making, media planning, and management.
Note(s): Applied Learning designated course. Advertising students must earn a “C” or better in this course in order take COMS 483.
