OCTH 637 - Professional Practice Seminar II

Prerequisites: Completion of all prior course work.
This course builds on OCTH 619 (Professional Practice Seminar I). In order to further assist students to become autonomous practitioners, this course is designed to deepen their understanding of their contributing role within diverse teams, how to promote occupational therapy, as well as acquire effective teaching methods that rely on health literacy principles, and gain the skills needed to participate in professional organizations nationally and internationally.
