EDSP 444 - Specially Designed Instruction and Intervention in Mathematics

Credits: (3)
Instructional Method: Three hours lecture.
Prerequisites: EDUC 410 .
This course provides an understanding and application of specially designed instruction and intensive intervention in mathematics. Emphasis will be on the skills and knowledge needed to assess, interpret data, and implement and monitor the effectiveness of specialized instructional strategies and research-based interventions in mathematics. Prospective teachers will also learn to use assistive and instructional technologies to address identified math needs of students.
