Public Health Minor (A)

Public health promotes and protects the health of people and the communities where they live, learn, work and play. The minor in public health consists of 15 semester hours which include 4 required courses and a choose of 1 elective course. All courses are delivered in a synchronous, on-line format.

REAL Curriculum
This minor fulfills the A area of the REAL Curriculum. Students analyze the interactions of behaviors, beliefs, cultures, social institutions, and/or environments related to the public health discipline at the US and global level.
General Education Requirements
General Education courses will be denoted below with a (GE). Students are required to take at least 30 credit hours of general education designated courses within their degree requirements. The Public Health minor includes 6 general education credits.
