Spanish Minor (E, L)

This program provides students with a foundation in Spanish language skills, as well as an overview of economic, political, artistic, and cultural contexts for several Spanish-speaking populations. The Spanish minor prepares students to use Spanish in a range of personal and professional contexts.

REAL Curriculum
The minor earns students credit for E (Humanistic and Aristic Expression) and L (Applied Learning). Students also have the option to complete their upper-level Writing Intensive (WI) course by enrolling in a writing-focused elective.
General Education Requirements
General Education courses will be denoted below with a (GE). Students are required to take at least 30 credit hours of general education designated courses within their degree requirements. The Spanish minor includes 6 general education credits.
