Students may earn a general minor in Theatre by completing the following twenty (20) credit hour requirements.

Minor Requirements (20 credits)

Required Courses (8 credits)

THEA 201 - Theatre Aesthetics (GE)
THEA 227 - Acting I
THEA 260 - Theatre Participation I (twice)*

Note(s):

* THEA 260 is a one-credit hour course that can be taken multiple times for credit. Students must repeat this course twice to fulfill a two-hour requirement.

Choose one of the following (3 credits):

THEA 231 - Stagecraft
THEA 232 - Theatrical Lighting and Sound
THEA 236 - Makeup I

Theatre Electives (9 credits)

Nine (9) additional credit hours may be chosen from any Theatre courses.
