ESHE 397 - Health/Fitness Program Development Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: ESHE 305 and minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Students shall acquire the knowledge and skills to develop performance programs for individuals/teams with a variety of individual goals and performance demands. In addition, they will develop an understanding of the procedures necessary to evaluate and implement training to produce the expected specific adaptations.
