PSYC 654 - Performance Management Systems Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: PSYC 651 and graduate standing in Psychology. This course considers best practice strategies to evaluate employee performance and the process of giving feedback to employees in order to improve individual and organizational performance. It links performance appraisals to other topics in I-O Psychology.
