NURS 406 - RN Holistic Nursing

Fosters an environment for the nursing student to implement Evidence-Based Practice, nursing theory, and holistic core values/principles into their professional practice. Students will apply their current knowledge and skills, while building new ones, to implement behavioral change strategies, fulfill nurse coaching activities, and integrate holism into their care delivery. Florence Nightingale advocated for patient care that was unified, health/wellness focuses and collaborative in delivery which is the desired practice change component of this course.
