SPAN 323 - Composition and Translation

Instructional Method: Three hours lecture.
Prerequisites: or placement by examination.
Development of students’ abilities in composition in the Spanish language, and an introduction to academic writing, the composition process, and translation strategies from English into Spanish and Spanish into English. Students practice strategies that allow them to brainstorm ideas, organize their thoughts, draft, revise, proofread, and edit.
