NURS 897 - Independent Practicum

Credits: Variable credit, (1-8)

Prerequisites: Graduate standing in the DNP with completion of a minimum of one advanced clinical course in the student’s program of study and permission of the supervising faculty and advisor.
This course is designed for students who wish to develop further clinical and/or leadership expertise. The content of this practicum will be defined by the student in consultation with the faculty member supervising the practicum. Identification of a preceptor and clinical site is required.
