OCTH 613 - The Domain of Occupational Therapy

This course introduces students to the history of occupational therapy and domain of occupational therapy practice. Using Person-Environment-Occupational Performance as a conceptual model, students investigate the organization and meaning of occupation in their own lives and the lives of others, discuss developmental, cultural, and socioeconomic influences on occupational choice and performance. Students will the explore relationship between occupation and health.
