NURS 614 - Primary Care of Adults and Geriatrics I Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: NURS 712 . Corequisites: NURS 615 . Students focus on the development of clinical decision making and other knowledge and skills needed to deliver advanced practice healthcare throughout the adult lifespan. Assessment, diagnosis, health promotion and prevention, and management of acute and chronic health issues within primary healthcare environments are emphasized.
