Students will learn the importance of creativity to employees, teams and businesses. Theywill master the mindsets necessary to support creative problem solving, how to assesscreativity in their organization, practice creative problem-solving processes to develop novelideas to complex issues, and learn how to develop a work environment that is conducive tocreative problems solving.
