PSYC 656 - Personnel SelectionCredits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture and discussion. Prerequisites: PSYC 651 and graduate standing in Psychology. This course covers a variety of personnel selection techniques, considers the relationship of suck psychometric concepts as validity and reliability to selection testing, and considers how personnel selection links to other I-O psychology topics.
