ASL 324 - American Sign Language (ASL) IV Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture and language practice. Prerequisites: ASL 221 , ASL 222 , and ASL 323 with a minimum grade of “C” or departmental permission. ASL 324 is the fourth and final course in a series of ASL classes (ASL 221, ASL 222 and ASL 323) which build upon each other to develop cultural awareness, comprehension and production skills. ASL 324 emphasizes a variety of sentence structures in American Sign Language with a continued focus on advancing communicative competence to an intermediate level.
Note(s): Required for students in the deaf and hard of hearing program.
