NUTR 414 - Advanced Nutrition & Metabolism I

Credits: (3)
Instructional Method: Three hours lecture.
Prerequisites: NUTR 214 , BIOL 310  & BIOL 311 ; 7 credits of Chemistry (Note: Students will not receive credit for both CHEM 111  and CHEM 120 ). 
Presents a detailed study of the macronutrients and their role in human intermediary metabolism and physiology.
