FORL 398 - Foreign Languages and Literatures Internship

Credits: (1-6)


Prerequisites: This course is mainly, but not exclusively, designed for students majoring and/or minoring in foreign languages (limit to sophomores on up). Students must register for academic credit and their cumulative grade point average should be at least 2.0 as well as their major grade point average should be at least 2.5.

 
Students’ participation in an intensive immersion experience in the target language of their minor, major or foreign language of their interest. On-site supervised work experience combined with a structured academic learning plan directed by a faculty member or a faculty-staff team in which a faculty member is the instructor of record, for which academic credit is awarded.
