NUTR 325 - Food Preparation Credits: (2) Instructional Method: Four hours laboratory. Prerequisites: NUTR 214 , 7 credits of Chemistry (Note: Students will not receive credit for both CHEM 111 and CHEM 120 ). Corequisites: NUTR 320 . Introduction to basic food preparation skills with emphasis on appropriate techniques to provide for nutritious, aesthetically pleasing, and safe to consume foods.
