MKTG 370 - Professionalism in the Workplace Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: MKTG 340 and junior standing. This course prepares students for their transition from college to career through developing the soft skills necessary for achieving success in the workplace. The focus is on establishing the professional behavior appropriate for the business environment to include job search skills, interviewing, dressing for success, business etiquette, business protocol and relationships, ethical behaviors, teamwork, business communication and workplace interaction, and career development skills.
