CCST 320 - Topics in Asian Cuisines and Cultures (GE) Credits: (3) Instructional Method: Three hours lecture. This three-credit hour lecture course will be taught in English in fulfilling the E area of the REAL Curriculum, which is a Humanistic or Artistic Expression designated course. Students will explore a broad array of Asian cuisines as humanistic and artistic expressions by understanding and analyzing the diverse processes that go into their creation, histories, and environments.
Note(s): General Education and Humanistic and Artistic Expression designated course. Course may be repeated, with different topics, for a maximum of 6 credits.
